Since its humble beginnings in the 1980's, Crystal Cabin has become more than a shop to locals and visitors on Haida Gwaii. What started out as a booth appearing at music festivals across British Columbia eventually turned into a local institution. Dutes worked endlessly to meld his love for minerals and crystals with his talent as a jeweler to create the Crystal Cabin we know today.
